We were greeted with a hello and smile from Colin. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We got to use Bed Finder machine which was very good and fun experience. Colin very swiftly with the results and pointed out the various makes and types to try out. Good job.

Lisa, in store asked if I needed assistance almost as soon as I entered the store. He was friendly, helpful, informative and was able to quickly help with what I needed without being too pushy. She provided some measurements for me and quickly got estimate delivery dates and printed everything out for me. When I later later to placed the order by phone she was able to quickly place the order using the previous items discussed and clearly explained what would happen next. All very clear, quick and simple - just what I wanted.

The assistance & knowledge of Colin were the selling factors. We went in to have a look & ended up ordering a mattress (ref.281A031019}. Would have been happier if the price of mattress is cheaper but it did feel good when we tested it. We will see when the mattress is delivered and we have used of it. Validation code: 281

We initially spoke with Charlie on arrival, she advised us on what we needed and let us go back to her. Not only did she go through the mattress machine with us, she allowed our daughter also. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy and didn’t sway to make us purchase a premium product over any other. She was understanding of our requirements and even suggested options we didn’t even know/think about. I’m pleased there’s a feedback form as Charlie’s customer service was the best experience I’ve had in a very long time, and that is something that should be praised. Thank you.

Your chap gave us a warm welcome, he was extremely but not overly polite. He listened, asked relevant questions and pointed us straight to the answer. Fantastic!

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We explained what we were looking for and we were shown the items that met our requirements with the features and benefits of each option explained. We were also able to try the beds which really helped us to make an informed choice.
