Dreams - Milton Keynes

I visited Dreams a few weeks ago to look at my options when I needed to buy a bed.The assistant was extremely helpful with a great knowledge and very friendly.When I returned,I met a different assistant and he also understood my requirements and was equally pleasant.Ordering was quick and the information was clear.I had emails and paperwork so I could check my order.A very good service all round.

Peter the assistant was friendly and helpful and offered us refreshments we chose and were given a lovely mug of coffee. We weren't pressured at all and left to make a decision in our own time.

I dont usually like these shops as sales staff pounce on you and watch you round the shop. But the lovely man assisting us made us feel more at ease. Knew about everything we asked and easy to talk to. The free delivery or £10 for Saturday was a really great surprise. Will definitely go bacK, and recommend to others. Thanks for a great easy purchase.

Sarah assisted us greatly in explaining about the beds, taking into account our needs. She was professional and knowledgeable. She also gave us space to look at the beds and there was no pressure. I think she is an asset for DREAMS. She explained clearly about the finance options and was very diligent in making sure she had all the correct details.

Wasn’t sure what I wanted. Sales assistant, Peter, couldn’t have been more helpful and more than likely swayed my decision to purchase immediately.

We found our dream bed!

There was a good display of products and helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Greeted very politely by sales assistant Colin as we entered the store. We told him our budget he then told us where to look and said he was on hand if we needed help. After narrowing down our choice we called him over and he began to explain the different merits between the beds we had chosen. On his advice we upgraded the mattress, when he was sure we were happy we proceeded to payment, under no time did we feel pressurised. Everything was simply explained including the various offers available.

Tina was knowledgeable about the products and gave us time to look and try the beds along with recommended pillows
