We were very impressed with the technology used to find a suitable mattress for our needs . Our assistant Keith explained everything we needed to know and answered our questions fully.

1: Easy to access the building, parking right outside 2: Opening hours, we both work, myself a 2 hr drive home each day, it is difficult to both go shopping together. Open late helped. 3: Greeted straight away, assistant Dom, was very courteous and we had his personal supervision throughout our visit. 4: Choice of products, many to try out and see what works. 5: No fussing about, Dom, the assistant understood I wanted a robust fit for purpose product within a sensible budget, we did not end up going round & round the store, straight to the beds that fitted our want's. 5: Availability, the offer to hold at store for a given period, all made easy. 6: Price, in the sale + a 20% in store offer. From start to finish it was helpful, easy and we have a quality product, a reasonable price, excellent service.

Firstly, Keith was very attentive, welcoming, professional and friendly. His knowledge of all the beds were amazing and we had no idea you could get a specific ‘match’ by lying on a bed for 5 mins!! Loves the fact we got our own pillow to carry around with paper cover for hygiene etc. I had mud on my shoes and he got me tissues to take it off. Brilliant customer service. The choice of mattresses was extensive and he helped us so much to try and decide and test each product type and how many springs, firmness and understand what was best for us both!! The whole experience was simple and so easy and quick!!

Staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, was very kind to my elderly mum and made her feel at ease
