I received excellent service from Sarah at the Milton Keynes Store. She was very helpful and attentive

We were attended to by Tina at the Milton Keynes site. She was knowledgable, personable and extremely helpful without being in pushy in any way. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience and with Tina’s guidance we’ve purchased a bed that suits our needs. Very happy.

I am pleased to say that my husband and me are regular customers over the years , shopping at Dreams stores. We have had no problems over this period, nor were there any faults with the products purchased, so overall we can honestly say that we are happy with the service, and the goods . Thanks to all the staff for the help and advise given.

I live in Aylesbury and I always drive to Milton Keynes incase I have to purchase anything from Dreams. As customer service is very good. My initial purchase was done with Colin and this was my second time going back to him. He seems genuine and not pushy on sales. Therefore, I was given time to look around. Make my mind as my husband and I had many questions. Colin first introduced us to the store once again. Greeted us and then advised on trying sleep match before buying any mattress. He didn't only showed us the high end products but also showed mattresses that we matching our budget.

The service we received was great, we purchased the midsleeper for our daughter, staff member advised which mattress to choose for this bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shop itself was clean and spacious. Good choice of beds. Will be coming back.

I knew what I wanted and I knew my budget. The young woman that served me didn't try to push my budget or upsale me. Which I appreciated as I have no patience for it. She offered me extras but was not pushy and generally seemed like a nice person and was pleasent to talk to. Was an easy, pleasant experience. This is just my speculation on the customer service. My order is coming mid June which is why I haven't put anything on the quality of the products. I haven't received them and I shall not review untill I have. Hopefully it is as good as the one I felt in store! Thank you Amy Storey
