Very helpful staff who were able to manage multiple customers at the same time. They took an individual interest in each customer, and ensured that they kept following up with me throughout the in store experience without my feeling crowded by them.

Peter was really helpful and made sure we tried the right beds that had been suggested by the sleep analysis. He even made sure to find us the right type of pillow to try with the mattress.
