We were greeted on entry . Shown the 'test bed' which we found very useful. We were shown several options commensurate with the result of the 'test bed' and made our purchase of one of them.

I thought I wanted a certain product but the assistant explained to me that what I was asking for was not possible and showed me two or three alternatives of which I bought one.

Sales assistant available straight away and made helpful suggestions about products.helped us look for bedding sizes and colours and suggested we bought more items to get free delivery (tempted us to buy more) but not pushy .
