A colleague explained to us and pointed us to the right products. We were surprised as another colleague took over and explained and when we happy with the product he took us through the process and completed it. Excellent service.

We returned to the store 3 times before we eventually decided upon a mattress. it's a big decision! We were helped by two assistants - Charlie and the store manager. They were very pleasant and polite, helping us all the way towards making our decision. We chose dreams for our purchase because of the support we had compared to other stores we tried.

The store was clean & tidy, the customer service assistant Peter was very polite and very knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to view products without being rushed.

We was greeted by Sarah. She's very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions from start to finish. Offered us a drink which we had and was great. We tried the sleep match which again was brilliant. We tried the mattresses with an offered pillows which helped a lot. Everyone was so friendly and professional, which made our shopping pleasurable.
