Sales man was very informative, gave us choice in mattresses and pillows and told us have to use the sleep analysis

the lady tbat sold me the matters was extremely helpful and u understanding, she took the time to ensure the product was suitable for my needs. the lady made us a cup of tea while she took measurements of the matters and bed to ensure right height

Staff were knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout.

We dealt with Mo at the Milton Keynes store. He was very helpful and welcoming, especially as I had my two children with me (5yrs and 7yrs) who he (and all the other staff) were very good with (they bought them hot chocolates, let them use the toilet, showed them where they could read and watch TV) which meant I could focus on looking. I was also pleased that I could browse in peace and ask questions rather than get the 'hard sell' as soon as I walked in. Very personable and funny team as well

We only came in to browse for ideas but Colin, the sales adviser was so helpful in finding the right product for us.

Colin was very polite, understood our needs, efficient, explained things well. Took care and trouble with he sleep mattress machine and shower us the relevant products

We were served by a wonderful woman named Sarah. She was kind an attentive, she listened to what we needed-unlike other stores we'd been to. She asked relevant questions whilst not being pushy. My anxiety levels were really high and she really put me at ease and gave me plenty of time and space whilst also being available to answer questions.

The staff member (Tina) was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Choice was excellent and the analysis bed interesting.

Colin of the Milton Keynes branch was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable and did everything he could to help us - and it ended up with us buying a new mattress (like we intended) that very day plus two tempur pillows and a mattress protector!
