Tina was very helpful and patient with us, as we had no clue what we wanted or needed

From the time we went into the store we found that the staff where very knowledgeable and friendly. I explained that I have just had reconstruction operation on my spine. And the sales person totally understood what I needed. Overall the service was excellent from start to finish.

The friendly atmosphere was brilliant on greeting and how our needs were catered for was really good. Including being offered coffee while sorting out what we were looking for.

Colin was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain clearly all the options available. There was no pressure and no question he couldn’t answer. Nice cup of tea too!

We were greeted by Colin at the Milton Keynes store, he was extremely helpful and friendly making us feel instantly welcome. He took time to understand what we wanted and showed us the mattress that assesses your sleeping patterns and then showed us around depending on the mattress we were quoted. We originally only came in for a bed frame but found we really needed a new mattress with the bed we bought. Refreshments were offered whilst we were placing our order and went away with pillows and the bed frame. We have decided on the mattress we want and will be back to order in store again as it was such an easy and efficient way to buy what we wanted.

Charlotte the sales advisor at Milton Keynes was great and couldn’t do enough to help us, she also had great knowledge and advice. I’m in sales myself and was very impressed

We were greeted by Sarah in a very relaxed way. She had excellent knowledge of the product range and was very helpful in selecting the correct mattress for our needs. She gave us plenty of time to discuss and to trial mattresses. She provided a drink while we made up our minds and was very efficient in entering our order. We declined her offer of selecting pillows as we had already purchased these before visiting the store.

Easy to find an assistant who was very knowledgable about the products. Pleasant, friendly and able to answer all questions. Peter served us.
