Dreams - Milton Keynes

We were greeted by staff at the store, as soon as we said what we wanted, the sales assistant took us to area to try a mattress and he showed us all the options, we also wanted a pillow recommendation so he took the time to talk to us about all of the options and our preferences. We were very happy to buy the products as the sales rep appeared to have a good knowledge of the products and was able to talk confidently about our options. He wasn't pushy and listened to our needs.

The sales assistant Peter was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond our expectations

Very friendly staff and a wide range of beds and mattresses to try out in store. Also got 20% of the bedframe which was a nice touch. Couldn't fault the customer service as we were provided with hot refreshments whilst we placed our order.

During our visit to dreams Adam and Sarah helped us pick Ocut the perfect bed. They were both really friendly and understanding. I am very satisfied with the help we received and I will and always be loyal to dreams beds. We will definitely recommend dreams ad we loved the service. Thanx dreams

We had 2 small children with us which could have been very difficult but Charlie and Andy were very good with them and, combined with their knowledge of sleep analysis computer, made the visit as atress free as it could be. We specifically went back the next day to buy rather than online to ensure Charlie registered the sale.

We walked in, were greeted with a smile from colleagues but not 'pounced' upon. They gave us time to have a look around and then approached. Kind, helpful and supported us through the diagnostic bed and then in choosing a mattress. They gave us time and space to discuss the purchase away from them. Quick and easy once the decision had been made. Our assistant even threw in a mattress protector which was a nice touch!

we were greeted as soon as we entered store we were allowed to use staff toilets as we had both travelled quite a distance I was given the option to use the machine to test where I needed support I spent £634 in very quick time my daughter was amazed at how quick the choice was made
