The lady that looked after us made the visit so much easier and she really knew her products well. She took time to understand us and what we were looking for

The Sales Assistant gave us an overview of the different types of matresses and then let us decide in our own time. With this info we were able to decide quite quickly what we wanted to order.

Initially we were just browsing but the assistant was so helpful that we decided to buy. We had a specific bed size and we were shown and invited to try several different beds until we found what we were looking for.

We visited the Milton Keynes shop and I must admit, we had a superb retail experience. The young lad, Peter took care of everything we needed. His knowledge, his understanding and empathetic attitude were incredibly refreshing. He wasn’t pushy or over attentitive and he made a brilliant cup of coffee. We £2.5k in our single visit... Peter was entirely responsible for that sale.

I went to your dreams store in Milton Keynes I spotted the bed frame that I had been looking at online upstairs as soon as I walked up there a lady named Tina (I think this was her name it definitely began with a T) approached me and asked me if I needed help I said I new that was the bed frame I wanted but didn’t know what mattress to get she honestly couldn’t have been anymore helpful she new exactly what mattresses to show me she made the whole experience quick and easy and myself my mum and my sister laughed the whole time it was genuinely a very nice experience Tina was extremely helpful and very professional her customer service was outstanding

The store had a bed configuration that met some tight dimensional criteria (sloping ceilings) within my property. I chose a matching drawer unit and was informed of a 3 for 2 offer and added a further drawer storage unit in a different product range to fulfil another home project and this was provided to me free of charge within the available store offer. Your Salesman was very helpful and the transaction was completed in a timely and efficient manner - well done Dreams!!
