The sales person, Peter, was very helpful and gave good assistance without be over bearing.

Was served by Peter, he was very attentive and gave us space when needed and was at hand when we were ready to discuss the products. Answered all our questions in detail and was very patient whilst we decided and re-decided our decision. Appreciate the service.

Mo and all the other staff we talked to were incredibly helpful, they let us spend plenty of time lying on the different options, they offered advice and the ordering and delivery were fast and efficient.

The assistant Peter was polite, understanding and well informed.Also he was not intrusive and gave us time do discuss the item on our own.

we were given any information we wanted, offered help but left to get on and try out beds unless we wanted more help/info. offered a coffee as we went round.

We met Sarah at MK as we entered the store who we knew from previous reviews was recommended and she was delightful, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficiently helped us to find the right mattresses for us and pillows. We were in and out in around an hour. She also made us a lovely cup of tea, thank you a very pleasant experience.

staff member was friendly and approachable without being pushy. He understood exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction

We were greeted as we entered the store by Sarah. She was quick to establish what we needed, show us what we want but with no pressure to buy. When we returned after viewing other stores she was friendly and helpful whilst we placed our order. I couldn't fault the service we received from Sarah on the day.
