Great product knowledge, and loved the colour coding system in store made it easy to navigate and find what we were looking for.

We were served by Peter Whyte who's knowledge and customer service were impeccable. You are very lucky to have such a personable, friendly and knowledgeable member of staff on your shop floor at Milton Keynes, he is a real credit!

The staff were friendly but not over friendly. They were very easy to talk to. They made sure we were 100% satisfied before making the sale. They didnt try and push us into buying anything extra or a better/more.expensive model. Genuinely fantastic customer service. Very laid back and easy to talk.to staff. Me and my partner felt completely comfortable.

We were shown your full in-store range of sofa beds by Peter and also how they worked. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing.

The lady who served us very quickly realised we knew what we wanted and didn’t waste our time trying to up sell anything, she just got on with the order without any fuss. Made a nice change from some places which get irritating by badgering you when you've Made your mind up 10/10.

The customer service we've received from Sarah at the Milton Keynes store was incredibly high standard. Her knowledge of the products made us feel we can trust her advice when choosing the mattress. As I have serious back and neck problems, I needed someone to explain advantages and disadvantages of certain type of firmness versus sleeping habit. Sarah made sure we've tried as many mattresses she thought was suitable for us as possible, and explained reasons behind people choosing the wrong types. She did't make us uncomfortable by standing over us when laying on different type of mattresses however was being available as soon as we've had a question. I trust that not only Sarah, but everyone providing customer service at Dreams are extremely highly trained to provide the best service possible. I am looking forward to receive our new mattress in 7 days time, finally sleep pain free, and I will definitely go back to this store for any future purchase. Thank you for all the help and advice.

The sales assistant , Colin Bird, made our entire visit perfect. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. He gave us the right amount of time we needed to make a decision and made spending over £2000 actually pleasurable!

The person who served us, Colin, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came over to us and asked what our needs were, he then showed us mattresses fitting our criteria, and left us alone to browse. If we had any questions as soon as we turned around to look for him, he was there assisting us, however it was great that he gave us space to view the products without sitting on our shoulder.
