Very friendly and knowledgeable staff no waiting time and the order was placed quickly

Met at the door and we're shown were everything was to suit our requirements

Went in to by a bed - got the right advice - chose a bed - had coffee and placed the order! All good so far....

Previously shopped here was very pleased with service I received from Peter on that occassion and was delighted he was available to help me again.

Greeted and directed to a member of staff to show me the bed and mattress I’d seen online. They highlighted things I might need to consider such as height of bed. I was seated quickly when ready to order and offered a coffee. Fast and very helpful service. Convenient delivery date chosen and good advice about assembly given too

Nice to have available knowledgeable staff, did not have to wait to get advice. Not pushy sales either just helpful and allowed us time to wander and check other stores out..

Colin at the MK store was very helpful and friendly and I felt relaxed enough to give mattresses a good try

The staff that I interacted with at the MK store were all professional and good to deal with. Especially the sales (Charlie) person that dealt with my order. Charlie was professional yet friendly and happily answered all of my questions and not once did Charlie hurry me up. She gave me the time I required to make my choices. Charlie obtained help from her colleagues when she needed to, to ensure I was given accurate info too. And unlike other stores that I visited Charlie listened to me and helped me with MY choices and ideas rather than other stores where I felt I was being pushed to a certain line of furniture that I wasn't interested in. I visited another Dreams store and other stores too but I ended up buying from Charlie. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Charlie was customer focused too. I could have brought from any store, and not just Dreams either but as Charlie took her time with me and all the above points of professionalism, and customer focused; that is why I brought from Charlie/Dreams. Friendly service understanding what i was looking for make the process easy

Firstly, the store manager recognised me as it was my second visit. Secondly, I had a bargain for my bed which was unbelievable. Next, Adam the store manager was very welcoming and great sense of humour. Last but not least the store people seems to have a team spirit. They were all ready to give each other a helping hand wherever needed. I was touched by their gesture. I have already recommended my friend and she wants to buy her bed from dreams. Thank you once again.
