Great customer service from Sarah. She couldn't have been more helpful.

Adam the store manager was awesome, he greeted myself and my wife, Mo who I believe was the assistant manager asked if I wanted a cup of tea or coffee but we didn’t have time. The store was clean and tidy and customers where laughing. A credit to your company, I will definetly be shopping with you again.

We did not know the type of mattress we needed and were helped immediately by Mohamed who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (without being overbearing). We purchased what we needed and in record time. Will definitely return.

Mainly because the assistant Sarah listened to my needs and requirements, then gave me advice and choices allowing me time to test specific items for comfort. I went away to think about my experience then came back about 4 days later to choose the items I tried earlier and bought thanks to good service received.

I had previously visited store to find the bed but couldn't order at the time because of unsure date for moving...so was disappointed to find that the bed that was on sale previously had gone back to full price!
