We have used Dreams many times and have always had good service from the staff whenever we shop at dreams.The sales assistant Peter was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout our visit.He helped us choose the right product mattress and we were very pleased with this young assistant and his smile throughout.

Peter was exceptional with everything a pleasure.

I was very pleased with the assistance knowledge and patients in showing us various beds and explaining the difference between them, helping us come to a logical purchase for our needs.

I was highly satisfied because the product in the store ( bed and mattress ) they were of great quality and confort, the customer servis it’s been amazing, Colin has shared his knowledge and make us feel really confortble, answer our questions and satisfied our requests.

We were assisted by a lady called Sarah at the Milton Keynes branch who was very friendly, very helpful & knew her stuff! She didn’t push us to make a decision but provided the right information for us to make the right choice. Would have liked a slightly quicker delivery time but overall walked away very happy!
