Dreams - Milton Keynes

We have ordered our new bed from the Milton Keynes branch. Colin was an excellent sales man with a wealth of knowledge about the products and a friendly disposition. I would highly recommend the Milton Keynes Dreams Store and the staff who work there. John Saunders

Your colleague Peter was available immediately. Remembered us from a couple of months previous where he quoted us on a few options. Even remembered our favourite. He was patient with u Our requests and explained everything clearly. He knows his products and is a credit to your business. Other team members actively engaged with us on arrival too which made us feel welcome. We did shop around for a couple of months whilst we waited for a carpet to be fitted but our first experience left us feeling confident and wanting to return. We were in the Milton Keynes branch Peter and another one of his female colleagues served us. My son has autism so you can only imagine how difficult it is to shop around for us especially him running around the whole store. The way Peter had accommodated us and made our visit to the store was amazing his level of service was excellent not only did he give us expert advice but he made our whole experience a wonderful stress free one. We bought a bed from the store we will also be back to buy another bed from the store this week even though we have had similar quotes from your competitors it is because of the levels of service which was provided by Peter and his colleague which will bring me back to shop with yourselves. Tina the sales assistant was incredibly patient with my daughter who as a teenager wasn’t easy to please. She spent time listening to both my daughters wants and my as important needs and gave great advice based on what we expressed. Her energy and knowledge was fabulous, totally put us first. We felt unhurried and not at all pressured and she gave us time to properly look at and try her suggestions. She even gave us refreshments while we were deciding( great coffee too😊)

I shopped for a mattress at your Milton Keynes store on Saturday 3 November 2018 and was looked after by Peter. He listened to my needs and went through all the options, letting me test products. He was very polite, knowledgable and didn't rush me. Everything was explained fully and a delivery date set. I left the store to buy bedding at Dunelm and needed the depth of the mattress so as Peter had invited me to call him if I needed anything, I did so and he dashed off to measure the mattress. A lovely man.

Impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the member of staff dealing with my requirements. I think her name was Sarah.

From a very warm welcome and introduction to the matresses your store assistant, Colin then stayed unobtrusive but available for our queries and very knowledgeable. He even told us information which we had not considered and considerations we would need to make when choosing a new mattress. All in all a very good experience!

We were allowed to look around without being pestered, but when we needed assistance it was given immediately. Mo (Mohammed) was so nice and very knowledgeable but he was not pushy. He allowed us to talk about things and look around again. He was so good and turned this visit, which could have been just to see what we could buy, into a very enjoyable, happy visit when we actually bought everything we needed. I cannot speak highly enough of the choice of items and Mo, who was fantastic.

The gentleman that dealt with us had great knowledge of your products. We told him what we needed, he gave us some options and then processes the order for us. He was very sufficient and friendly.
