The manager of the store engaged with us as people first, rather than pounce, which is my normal experience in this type of store (not Dreams, but any major store where there are numerous sales people) We had our 18 month old with us and he chatted about his kids as well as ours, made the experience more human.

Very good choice of mattresses and beds to suit all budgets. The staff were there to help, but I had already researched online the products I wanted so I didn’t really need any help this time. The products I bought were available for delivery within seven days which is great, and I had a good choice of dates when they could deliver. I also used the disposal of old mattress and bed service and the team will build the new bed when it is delivered. These services were slightly expensive, but it has made things very easy for me as I would not be able to get a mattress down the stairs!

The products offered were just what I wanted, and the assistant was very friendly and informative.

Very friendly and in no way pushy. Mohammed made us coffee which was of a high quality. Manager was near by but left Mohammed alone except when referred to in a jolly chatty was.

The sort of bed I was looking for was easy to find and was clearly labelled. Asking questions were answered to about the bed and the order process was simple

Was approached but not hounded by Peter, he was available when we wanted him, assisted us in understanding the dreams colour system, listened to our requirements, was able to answer all queries very professionally and even carried our purchase to the boot of the car for us. Could not have been happier.
