I was not rushed whilst choosing my mattress and assistant had good knowledge of mattresses

Greeted at the door, was taken straight to the bed we asked about. The staff member was able to ask any questions we had. We completed and paid for our bed and was back out in under 20mins.

The store assistant was great. Friendly, professional and helpful.

We received a friendly greeting from a member of staff (Colin) as we entered the store looking for a bed. After explaining what we were looking for Colin showed us several examples of both divans and mattresses which we tried out using pillows with disposable paper covers. We were invited to lie on the bed which analysed our needs and suggested suitable products. We asked Colin for some time to browse alone. After we made our choice Colin offered us a coffee/tea and we completed our purchase and arranged a date for delivery. Very good customer focused service. Thankyou.

Sarah who served us, was very friendly without being "matey". She was efficient and reassuring especially as we had not bought a new mattress for several years, and found the new technology a bit strange. She told us which beds to look for, and gave us time to try them out. She did not "hover" around us, but came back to us when she saw that we were moving. Overall it was a much less stressful experience than I had anticipated. Thank you, Sarah.

We went into the shop to try one of the mattresses we saw online and we were greeted by Charlotte on our way in. She took us straight to the mattress we were there to try and then helped us with looking at some beds. She had great knowledge of all the offers and different types of bed frames and mattresses available in the store and was very friendly and welcoming. We purchased the mattress we tried in the store and once again Charlotte was at hand to take us through the buying process which again was very smooth or not very time consuming either.

When entering the store we were greeted by an assistant who asked 'can I help you'. After explaining what we were after he showed us exactly what we wanted. He was not pushy or 'in your face' but allowed us to test the products and give us time to make our own decision. We wanted a mattress and after deciding which one we liked he explained that they had offers on pillows and directed us to mattress toppers etc. which we were happy to purchase. Whilst completing the sales forms we were asked if we would like a coffee or hot chocolate whilst we were waiting. An altogether excellent experience and the price we paid for the items was excellent. Left the store on quite a high.

Very friendly guy called Keith helped us and me us feel welcome he was so helpful and he has so much patience and great customer service skills .5 star work. Thanks
