The shop was the only one in the retail park which had a broad range of children’s beds which were of great standard and the customer service staff were very helpful and advised well

The lady who served us was friendly and very helpful making sure we were satisfied with everything and went through the order with us.

I would like to highly commend the sales assistant Peter who helped us - he was friendly, knowledgeable, didn't rush us and generally made the whole trip a very pleasant experience.

The member of staff remembered our son from the day before and commented on how well behaved he was. She gave us lots of advice and did not rush us. The bed we wanted was not in the colour we wanted and only had a sample so she explained that there was a bed in the fabric we wanted so was able to show us before we brought it
