Peter assisted us in helping us know which mattresses would suit us. Offered a drink on arrival and left us to try out the different mattress but was to hand when we had a question which was always well answered

I enjoyed the fact that the store was very easy to walk around to look at the products. Whilst the store was quite busy I found an assistant as soon as i needed one. She was very helpful and put my order straight through.

Our advisor was very helpful without being pushy. He left us to view on our own but always on hand if we needed advice. His offer of coffee was most recently welcome whilst we walked around the store.

Sarah was amazing, her knowledge was fabulous. My husband and I like completely different types of mattress but she found is one that we both liked, that in itself was a challenge. Also my children got a bit bored so she took them and showed them a bed that had a video and the bed moved it kept them entertained so we could shop in peace. A bed is not something you buy everyday and it's important to get it right. That was definitely achieved as Sarah listened to all that we wanted and needed, we will definitely be back to dreams again. Excellent service thank you.
