Pete was absolutely fantastic, his product knowledge was outstanding. He took time to understand our needs and made us feel at ease. He wasn’t pushy and left us to think and try out products without watching over us. I can’t stress how great he was. We found the product slightly cheaper elsewhere but because of Pete we returned the following day to place the order with him. He is a real credit to your company and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. This is one of the best retail experiences we have ever had and we are not easy to please!

The staff member was extremely helpful and patient with us. We are first time buyers having just purchased our first home and she explained everything thoroughly to us and helped us choose a lovely bed.

The choice and being able to try the beds out, and not feeling under pressure to decide what was best for me.

my girlfriend bought a bed from dreams in newbury in 2010, which back then got great help and professional at all times. on this occasion we were in the milton keynes area to visit family members, which took the time to go and visit the store. on where we find it very clean and manager was very polite and very helpful and helped us on the way in the purchase we made in store, even the latte was brilliant touch. the staff member got us what we required and the feeling in what we were looking for. 100% brilliant in all ways on the day we visited the store in milton keynes.

Found the staff really helpful and understanding as had both kids with me. Made me a cuppa tea and the kids a juice. Was a quick purchase without being rushed giving my eldest the opportunity to test different mattresses as we were buying for her. The flexibility for delivery was great too as our house isn’t quite ready to have it delivered but we would have lost the sale price had we not purchased that day so the delayed delivery meant we got the significant price discount and the mattress delivered when we were ready.

The staff were highly helpful in getting my needs addressed with finding different options, and had answers to many questions. The advisors were friendly and understanding, and willing to take their time and let us have ours, instead of just making a quick sale.

Very good pricing staff very welcoming and helpfull

Colin greeted me quickly as it was clear I was in need of help - he quickly established what I needed, provided valuable advice and then put my order through without any sales jargon, hard sell or annoying sales chatter. He offered me a drink, found me the perfect pillow (I have a chronic joint issue) and mentioned sleep apps, mattress protectors, 40 night guarantee and other things that were relevant to my enquiry. The fact my husband is in the Armed Forces was picked up and I was prompted for my armed forces discount card to get a better price. I was very happy with the visit and I thought Colin was fab.
