The sales assistant gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He told us about the full range of mattresses but didn’t try to sell any one mattress. He was polite and didn’t rush us to make a purchase.

The sales assistant (Colin) was friendly, very helpful, polite and welcoming. He knew what he was talking about and he listened to what I was looking for. I am in a wheelchair an he understood what I was looking for and needed.

Staff were very friendly, they offered assistance several times, were able to help me and my mum both choose a new mattress to suit our needs and helped us both place an order.

The lovely man that served us couldn't have done anymore 100% Cuztomer Service you don't find that very often anymore,I normally buy online but due to how good he was we came back to purchase in store he recognized us straight away and remembered the bed !! :-)
