Greeted at the door by Charlotte at Milton Keynes store. I was looking for a new mattress and headboard and she went out of her way to suggest those that she thought would be suitable. She was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very patient with me when I kept going backwards and forwards trying out different mattresses.

Greeted by Charlotte directly we entered the store and received outstanding advice and support throughout our review of mattresses and pillows on display. We made a final selection of a mattress and pillows and Charlotte, assisted by the store manager, completed our order for delivery in a very professional and helpful manner. We left the store feeling very pleased with the assistance provided and confident we had selected exactly the right bedding products for our specific needs. Milton Keynes store, assisted by Keith who was so polite, friendly and helpful. I knew which divan base I wanted and he took us straight to it then assisted us with our choice of mattress.

On arrival I was met by Colin, who offered assistance should I require it. He took me to a bed which scanned me and made some recommendations. Colin asked a few questions to narrow down my preferences, and directed me towards a mattress I might like. It was very comfortable, at a reasonable price, and after trying several others at varying prices I opted for Colin’s initial selection.

Charlie & Chris were both very helpful, knew everything we needed to know & nice to talk to, makes such a difference to an overall nice experience. Lovely coffee! Thank you.
