We were met by Peter when we arrived and he quickly understood our requirements . He was very knowledgable about all the products on the shop floor and extreemly helpful with our purchase without making us feel pressured in any way.

Mo was the assistance at Dreams Milton Keynes, and he was extremely helpful with his advice.

Hi we actually came to the store twice the first time to look & the 2nd time to purchase. Colin helped us the first time showing us the difference between the mattresses & took lots of time out to speak with us. Again the 2nd time we went in he remembered us & I asked him to help us again, really good customer service

Peter was very helpful on our first visit and provided us with a printed quote to take away with us. We looked at beds at another provider, had some lunch and then went back and asked for Peter specifically to handle our sale. Very friendly staff and greeted as we entered the door. Made to feel welcome.

I found Sarah at Milton Keynes to be very welcoming, knowledgeable and gave us space when we needed it. Choosing a bed can be very daunting, however the process was much simpler with the help we were given.

was given polite and helpful information and care during the duration of the visit, neither pushed or rushed into a sale, just given friendly and helpful advice as needed during the visit, which we were allowed to take our time in viewing and test the various beds, which took me from in coming to to get a cheap mattress to poss the most expensive, but never knew such high quality mattresses even existed...was like sleeping on a cloud....and you can't put a price on a good nights sleep...seriously! learned all about the natural fiber and made in the UK mattress, can t remember the name of it, but means I went from having a memory foam one, which I find too hot, to planning to get a cheap sprung one for the air, to discovering the most amazing mattress from natural fibers from the young man Peter at MK dreams, and the rest is history...cant wait to sleep on it!

We received great service and very good advice, we were not pestered by the staff and we were allowed as much time as we needed to make our selection. We visited the store on two different occasions as we wanted to try beds in other stores, after a week of searching we returned to the Milton Keynes branch and ordered one of the beds we had originally liked.
