Staff were very friendly and efficient. They were very courteous and did not pressure us to buy. The quality of the goods we purchased were also of a very high standard. Will definitely visit you again and give recommendations to our friends.

Nice big store,customer centric team and very good choices available

I had a great experience purchasing my first mattress. I’d already found it online but when I walked into the shop I found it almost immediately. The staff weren’t buzzing around us annoyingly but were there as soon as I made it clear I wanted some help. I was given a really comprehensive guide to what was going to happen and what I needed to do with my old mattress etc. Couldn’t of been happier as I’m sure other customers feel the same when spending a lot of money. I was given all the answers to every question I had.

Upon entering the store we were met by a sales rep and saw the required bedd almost immediately on the shop floor. The rep quickly and knowledgably guided us through the matress choices and processed our order efficiently giving all information about insurances etc. The whole transaction was satisfactorily completed in under an hour.

Mohammad was polite and answered all our questions we had and dealt with us in a professional manner and also interacted with our son making the experience easy.

My boyfriend and I were able to walk around and have a quick look at mattresses ourselves before being approached by a friendly member of staff. At the first visit of the store (no purchase made, but on the same day of purchase) a member of staff spoke to us about the benefits of different types of spring/foam/combinations of mattresses, and while he didn't ask many questions about what we were looking for, i felt he gave us the right amount of information considering at the time we were just pricing some mattresses and frames up. We were able to try out mattresses ourselves and the assistant wasn't too overbearing or "hungry" for the sale which was refreshing in comparison to other retailers we'd visited that day! we returned later that day to make a purchase which I don't think we would have done if it weren't for the service and information we received the first time around. The purchase/order process itself was incredibly easy, the staff member that took us through it was equally as helpful and informative as the last assistant and we were in the store for all of 10 minutes, which was great seen as we'd made our mind up before entering the store. All around a great experience!
