Dreams - Milton Keynes

We had a great experience at Dreams, Milton Keynes. Colin was very knowledgeable and friendly and made choosing the right mattresses really pleasant.

The assistant was very knowledgeable. She asked questions and listened to my answers which then led her to recommend mattresses and beds.

The Sales Assistants were very help full and knowledgeable about the products, but not over bearing. We didn't feel rushed or hassled at any time. Store was clean & well laid out.

Sarah listened to our requirements and provided us with an excellent service on our visit to MK Store. She was so knowledgeable and assisted us in purchasing the correct mattress and pillows. Sarah was a pleasure to meet.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and paitent with me, he explained the difference in types of mattresses available in an easy to understand language.

Colin was very personable and not at all pushy, as you so often find salesmen to be. He was able to recommend things based on our needs and suggest different options and even helped us measure the height of different beds, encouraging us to walk around with pillows and get comfy on different mattresses. Upon payment we even had tea and were allowed a quick trip to the loo - if that's not great customer service, I don't know what is!

The sales assistant point out the area we were looking for, the price was good and we were able to take the mattress with us.

we were left to browse the beds and look around uninterrupted ,then when we needed help Peter came to help.

The sales assistant (Colin) was very kind and gave us all the information we needed to select the correct bed and base for our use. He did not put any pressure on us to buy from this store but made us feel comfortable and gave us enough time to make a decision. Buying the bed was an enjoyable experience. Thank you.
