We had gone into the store prior to this visit to look for a new mattress for our bed and had spoken to Peter the assistant then who was extremely pleasnat and more than ready to help. Whe we came into the store today we were extremely pleased to see that Peter was working again and even remembered us from the night before. He was just as friendly as our previous visit and made us feel really comfortbale with his pleasant attitude. He made us feel at home and we were put at ease with his knowledge and professional attitude. The payment process was really quick and painless, (the quickest I have ever been to store to buy a product like this on credit) and we were even given a great cup of coffee! Peter is a real credit to the Milton Keynes store. His friendliness seemed genuine which you don't find in many places and I look forward to going back to purchase more items from that store!
