The assistant approached when we entered. Took us straight to the bed we were interested in. Then completed the order quickly and efficiently

The staff who assisted us was supportive, allowed us good time on multiple beds after providing good information on each model as we moved through the store. No pressure was put on us and alternate pillows were given for both of us to have the correct feel. We received great guidance and advise.
