Prompt service, good value. Have used before

As soon as we walked through the door at your showroom in Milton Keynes we were greeted by a very polite, smiling member of staff who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even asked us if we wanted tea or coffee! Great! We felt at ease in trying different beds around the showroom, and was asked again as we sampled the different beds if we required any assistance. We made a choice and approached a member of staff to help. We all sat down and she explained quite clearly in how we would receive the mattress and how we could recycle our old one. She told us our 'rights' should we have any problems once we had received it. We have now received the mattress and are very happy with the service Dreams have given us.

Had an idea of what I was looking for before before I went. The staff member I talked to helped to clarify things, and was very friendly.

The sales assistant, Amber, was excellent - informative, friendly without being pushy. Pleased that there was a discount available on the expensive Tempurpedic mattress and a free travel pillow offer.

Both your colleagues who dealt with our requests and questions were friendly, knowledgable and extremely accommodating to our needs. We were not rushed or over looked and were offered a hot drink while we were waiting to pay for our purchase. Adam was very helpful in helping us with our choice of mattress and advised us as to the differences in the mattresses and our needs.Everything was clearly explained by Amber when we were making the transaction and she had time to make conversation with us. it was very refreshing not to be treated just as a number and another customer but made to feel appreciated. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress next week and especially impressed with the fact that the delivery drivers will even take it up to our bedroom for us. Thank you very much.

The person who served me was excellent. A credit to the company. The only negative was having to wait to use a computer to process the order and all three staff were sharing one card terminal!

I was acknowledged by a member of staff very soon after entering the store, checking if I needed help. The assistant was very helpful & knowledgeable without being pushy. Excellent overall service.
