Dreams - Milton Keynes

The products were laid out in a clear manner and once the sales assistant understood our needs we were able to chose our ideal mattress using the colour coding system. Although the store was reasonably busy we found the spacious layout meant we not hampered by other customers and found the selection and sales process very efficient.

With the help of the assistant we were able to locate and try out the product we were looking for.

Because I felt I was free to look around and then when needed I had someone straight away who could help and talk about what I need and understand what I was looking for.

Amber (code 281) at Milton Keyenes store was working on her break from Nottingham University. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

We had Amber who assisted us, my wife had specific needs for a bed, Amber listened to our requests and offered explanations to meet these needs.A very satisfactory outcome.

Helpful and friendly and knew what we're looking for and made our visit a good experience .

Excellent service and product

The store assistants were wonderful and very helpful. Used another more local branch previously but will travel to this branch again. Service was first rate.

We were approached straight away. The staff member listened to what I was looking for and explained options well. I was given plenty of time to choose and we bought some pillows too. I got a quick delivery slot and am happy I have 40 days to try the mattress out.
