Colin came to us & spent sometime going over Tempur mattresses with us, explaining the difference in each mattress, availability & price.

The team, and specifically Sarah and the Store Manager, were extremely friendly, genuine and accommodating. A drink was offered even as we were coming through the door and this set the tone for what was a very personable and helpful approach to meeting our requirements

we were asked if we wanted help but when we said we were ok, we were left alone to browse until we asked for info. very good. we always will walk out of a shop if pushed. the salesman was very polite and helpful.

Peter who assisted me in the MK store was very helpful and patient. He made my shopping experience very pleasant and was very understanding when I changed my mind several times on the colours of the headboards. I had 3 beds and 5 headboards to purchase for my new house and even managed to get a convenient delivery date to suit me.

No staff jumping on you as we walked into the store,allowed us to wonder around and find what we wanted,then once we had decided the guy we ask was extremely professional and very helpful.

Colin was very knowledgeable of the products and allowed us time to consider the options and explained the differences between the different mattresses. Very happy with the service we received
