Firstly it was very easy to park outside the store. Our salesperson, Colin, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He struck the perfect balance of helping us choose, giving us relevant information, and knowing when to leave us alone to discuss. We felt able to browse and try the beds without feeling hurried or pressured. Overall, a great buying experience. Thank you.

The sales assistant really made the experience, she was helpful from the moment I walked in, knowledgable and personable without sounding like a corporate script. Bit disappointed with the 3 week delivery time for the mattress and there was virtually no bedding stock for the mattress size in the store ( apparently awaiting new range ). But hey, we're not talking a spare kidney here, just bedding !

Colin was extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge of your products was excellent and he allowed us too make up our minds on what we purchased. We are pensioners and we are not always made to feel that our custom is important but Colin made sure we knew exactly what we were purchasing and treated us with the utmost respect. We will most certainly look out for him next time we visit your store.

Tina was extremely helpful and knowledgable, not in the slightest bit pushy and pointed out products which would interest us. She was also extremely patient as we made our decisions

Colin was very helpful. Explained what the different coloured sashes at the foot of each bed represented. Left us to walk around on our own and try out different beds but was available to assist us when we had any questions.
