Sarah who assisted us was very helpfull and spent a great deal of time explaining the differences of the mattresses unfortunately we just placed an order for the bed frame which is beautiful but the mattresses that my husband and i wanted were out of our price range. we purchased the same quality mattress from another retailer the same quality but it was £279.00 cheaper

Acknowledged when entering the store and asked if we needed any help. We were able to talk about products with a colleague and they helped to answer any questions we had. Very pleased with the service.
