Tina was most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales man, Peter, approached us as soon as we entered as we looked confused but he did so in a non-pushy way. He listened really well to our needs and asked relevant questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Lovely manner, felt he really cared. Then easy ordering over a green tea.

The assistant was really helpful and patient as my disability made it more difficult trying out the electric beds. He advised without pressure

Advised on how we sleep with regards to firmness of bed. Being a chair user the bed was made easier for us to try. The assistant took a polite time to help us without any pressure or attitude after checking the stores next door for their pricing. Though we spent more then we actually budgeted for when looking at the website we feel we got a better mattress for our needs. We would always therefore to go into store as opposed to internet buying.

Peter, the sales assistant at Milton Keynes dreams store that delt with us approached us and asked if we were ok while we were looking for a new bed but wasn't overbearing, when we said we were just looking he left us to it but told us to find him if we had any questions (which we like, do not like pushy sales people, this can make us leave a store !) he was there to answer any questions that we had, if he didn't know the answer he made sure that he found it out. He moved furniture around the store to make us feel at ease that it matched the bed that we wanted to buy, if peter hadn't of been so helpful and had of been a pushy salesman we definitely would not of purchased what we did.

The assistant directed us to the mattresses which suited our needs and wishes, and gave us the opportunity to browse giving us details of the matressses which might be suitable for us and explaining the differences.

Excellent attention from Colin who was patient, professional and helpful throughout.

Overall the experience was easy and well supported. My only gripe and this is not aimed at the store but at head office is the charge for removal of my old mattress. I paid 1100 for my new mattress it would have been nice to be given the option if removal for free.
