Great selection of beds with multiple options of mattresses, etc.! Very attentive staff but not overbearing. Well done Dreams!

The assistant was excellent

The store was laid out so we could easily identify the different mattresses and Peter assisted us brilliantly when needed showing knowledge and got us from sitting down to order placed in 15 minutes.

The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful he left us to decide and was available to answer our question

Staff member who dealt with me, Christopher, was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Made the experience easy.

Colin showed a good understanding of our needs, explained the products well and gave us ample time to evaluate the products. Was not pushy for the most expensive products and took us back to the starting point to ensure we were making proper comparisons and evaluations. Excellent service.

Brilliant service. Sales assistant was polite helpful and remembered us when we returned to the shop. He provided just the right amount of help and attention and left us alone to make our choice and then was instantly available as soon as we were ready to place an order.

Me and my husband went to dreams to have a look if they are having any good beds. We had great person Chris who was brilliant, he explained us as much he can and we ended with ordering one of the best selling beds in the shop. Olso we bought comfortable pillows and covers for our new bed. Servis was great , nice and quick , that what you want if you a customer. Thank you Chris and dreams Robert &Eve
