Sarah was a pleasant person to speak and deal with, very friendly and knowledgeable of products in the store. She made the whole experience complete.

Easy to access, very friendly staff

I went in the Milton Keynes store just to get an idea on a Friday by the next Tuesday the mattresses was delivered. Good friendly sales staff plus the delivery drivers no problem! The drivers even took their shoes off at the door!

I was greeted in a friendly manner by Peter and received a very welcome assistance I required from entering the store and leaving. I received a very much needed coffee late while waiting for my paperwork to be completed and even when leaving he helped me with some of my purchases to my car. Overall it was a pleasant and stress free experience . Thank you guys.

The gentlemen dealing with me was very helpful to my needs. He noticed I was disabled and explained about the tax exemptions on the tempur product I was purchasing I was very pleased as I didn’t know about it and I was happy for the honesty.

Tina the sales consultant greeted us as soon as we walked into the store. She explained how the colour of the pillows worked to know what type of bed it was, as choosing a bed can be very confusing it made it so easy. Tina took her time showing and explaining about the different types of beds and asking about our needs.. She stayed with us the whole time with out being pushy, as sometimes sales assistants can be too pushy and it puts you off buying.. Tina was friendly and helpful. As I was in sales before I retired Iwould have been very pleased to hhave someone like Tina on my tteam.

we were served by Sarah who has only been there four weeks, however she was very helpful & friendly. She got assistance at one point from the Manager who again could not have been nicer or more helpful. This is the second time this year that we have purchased from Dreams, & would highly recommend you to anybody. They were very helpful even finding our last order on the computer system to help us with making a decision
