The staff were welcoming and helpful. Offered advice and listened to our requests. And most importantly weren't pushy

Mainly because we were looked after very well by members of staff, particularly Colin, who answered all our questions, allowing us to make a decision to proceed with an order which Colin dealt with.

We were looked after by Colin from the get go who guided us through the Dreams analytic bed matching process and then talked us through each recommendation. No hard sell but ensured we thought through all options and then extra needs to cover quilt, mattress cover etc. overall excellent experience

The delivery time was very quick, I understand this is because you have factories in the uk and make everything yourselves. The bed was for my daughter she had the sleep match to see what would be best for her and very quick purchase. Also we we offered additional protection for the bed, which we accepted, we were not offered this on our previous purchase from dreams.

The assistant that helped us in the store from start to finish knew all the information we needed to know I was very helpful throughout our visit

We visited Dreams in Milton Keynes twice a few months apart. On both occasions we were looked after by Charlie who actually remembered us from the first visit which was a really nice touch. She was incredibly helpful and took time to allow us to come to our own conclusions.
