Peter was very helpful indeed, offering assistance and guidance on how to make the best choice for our needs. He left us time to consider what type of mattress we would prefer and made himself available to us when he saw that we might need more information. He offered us tea/coffee and made our shopping experience very pleasant. Without his help we could have easily made the wrong choice and at our stage in life (being pensioners) choosing the wrong bad would have been very disappointing for us. We left feeling confident that we had made the right choice thanks to Peter.

I had a great experience buying my new Ottoman bed from dreams yesterday. Colin was very helpful and explained to me everything I needed to know.

Colin was great - very knowledgeable, informative and took the time to understand the quirks of our specific needs! Most of all though, he was genuine - not one of these pushy sales folk that tries to take you for every penny you have! Rather, tailoring the right things to our needs - not afraid to say "yeah, you probably don't need that. You can see from the price we ended up paying that it didn't cost Dreams anything by taking that approach!! And it really resulted in a far more favourable and lasting impression of the company as a result.

We, my wife and I, were attended to by the Store Manager. He was friendly, knowledgable and completely professional. He was accommodating to the wife's questioned and answered them all calmly ( which is hard for me to do)
