The assistant, Sarah, could not have been more helpful. She took the time to answer our questions and gave us time to 'sample' the beds in peace with no high pressure selling - which is one thing that turns me off completely. She is one of the reasons we decided to buy.

Colin was extremely helpful, had a really good knowledge of the product(s) and did not deviate from our requirements regarding the style of bed and mattress we wanted. Would definitely recommend dreams to friends & family and would return to store in future for any further purchases

Peter was extremely knowledgeable about all the different types of mattresses and pillows. He was very helpful but not at all pushy giving us space and time to decide what we wanted. He also listened to what we were saying and made a number of useful comments and did not mind in the slightest when we wanted to go back and retry several mattresses. It was also nice to be offered tea and coffee.

The gentleman that assisted us was very helpful, explained the products and kept to my budget.

Staff listened to us needs and story, getting to know us so as to know what we would need/ want or what would be good for us but we may not have thought of. We were offered a drink and given pillows more suited to us to try with the mattresses, the given all the time we needed to go around trialling to be sure the choice we made we were not only happy with but sure there wasnt anything we'd missed.

Very friendly and helpful assistance from staff. Good range of products set out in an easy to understand display.

We knew what we wanted, service was prompt. Sales Assistant recognised this and didn't try to sell us lots of extras. Process was quick and easy.

Colin at the Milton Keynes store was extremely helpful this evening, was able to give us advice and good knowledge about the products we were interested in. Very friendly and easy to talk to as well. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything and he explained through any extras that could be of use to us as well without making us feel under pressure to buy additional care packages etc..

My husband and I went in, told the guy what we were looking for, he pointed the beds out and let us browse. He then helped us pick out a bed frame and gave us a quote. I came back the next day and he ordered everything we wanted. The delivery time is the only bad part. I still don't even have a date on when I will get my bed.
