We were treated very well, Mo has a sense of humour which helps in all walks of life, it makes shopping a lot more enjoyable. Hopefully once the mattress arrives we will be just as happy. All in all the shopping trip was a pleasant experience.

I was satisfied with the service & quality of the mattress & bed frame. But the price was a bit steep. But overall I'm highly satisfied.

We were served straight away and we were impressed with the salesman knowledge.

Very pleasant sales assistant ( Tina). Spent time showing and explaining all the available bed & mattress options to enable us to make an informed choice. At no time did it feel like we were part of a pressure sales technique which made our shopping experience very comfortable

Amber at Dreams Milton Keynes was absolutely fantastic dealing with my Wife and I. Very warm and welcoming, and a laugh to talk to as well! She helped us in every way she could, so thank you Amber.

The staff member took genuine time to listen and understand what we wanted and gave advice on that basis. She was not pushy in any way and very professional

I was helped by Amber who even got me feather pillow like I use at home to try on the bed and also other types of pillows to try as well. Told me to take as much time as I liked. Nothing was too much trouble even offered me a tea or coffee.

Sales assistant Amber was so helpful even getting some pillows for me to try with the beds.

Our selling assistan was very helpful. Tina was extremely polite and the rest of the staff was aswell. Tina went that extra mile to help us.
