Dreams - Milton Keynes

The sales assistant appeared very knowledgable and very helpful answering all our question. She made us feel welcome and unrushed even though we came into the store at the end of the day.

The assistant that helped us with our purchase did not actively follow us to make a sale. I was happy with her demeanour and made sure to explicitly look for her when ready to make a sale.

This was my first time at Dreams. It is not every year you buy a bed and mattress so Colin's assistance was exceptional. He explained everything clearly answering every question fully. He did not act in any way pushy and let us peruse as much as we liked but was always within reach when we had a question about the beds or the price of goods. His knowledge of product was also exceptional. A wonderful shopping experience.

Sarah was brilliant. Spent loads of time with us but not pushy. Helped make us feel relaxed with our 1 year old whole we tried loads of beds out. Very knowledgable and helpful staff.

I was very satisfied with the service that Sarah gave. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

We were given time to browse by ourselves. Then an assistant was available as soon as we needed help. He had a lot of product knowledge. I was offered a coffee when we came to filling in purchase forms etc.

Clean shop, friendly staff, knowlegable. The only thing I do not like over the whole process is the wait time for the item to be delivered. I can get a mattress from Amazon delivered within 3 days, Dreams however, 2 weeks.

We entered the store twice on this day and came back because the service was great. When we came in the second time, Peter, the sales assistant, said "welcome back" we were pleasantly surprised as he wasn't the person we spoke to first visit. The original sales assistant visited us as we were ordering our new bed and congratulated us on our choice. We felt really well looked after. Everybody displayed really good product knowledge. We also love that you can choose your base and mattress seperately unlike competing retailers.
