Tina was polite, helful and extremely knowledgeable. She explained different features of the variety of beds on offer. Although we only went to the store to view what was available we decided to complete our purchase whilst we were instore, instead of having to return tomthe store. We never felt pressured to make an immediate purchase and Tina picked up on how my sleep position would benefit from an alignment pillow as I sleep on my side.. Looking forward to the delivery of our bed once our new bedroom has been fitted. Very satified with the whole sales experience.
