The staff were very friendly and seemed to know what he was talking about. He showed me many different options and took my needs into account. Before looking at the beds he asked what I think is best for me, then showed me the beds that suited my needs. He told me all about the deals you offer and let me know about all your policies. I was very pleased with my visit.

I went to your shop in Milton Keynes on Monday and I thought the service was great and Mo was fantastic with helping us decide without any pressure and hard sale. he was so patient and calm and very helpful so I am just hoping when my order arrive will be what I expected thank you again

Very friendly service

Your colleague (Tina) was very knowledgeable and explained everything that I needed to know. She also allowed me the time I needed to look around and make my decision but was available when I needed help. The store layout with the colour coded mattress types was excellent - far better and easier than other stores I had been to.

Always good products and excellent service..!

Store was clean, tidy, spacious, and very easy to navigate. Despite having viewed the products online and read user reviews, it was appreciated that my wife and I were able to test the products ourselves in store. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous.

The salesman-Colin was very helpful even when we kept changing our mind. He was very patient and hospitable.

We have never visited a Dreams Store before. We were very satisfied with the customer service and the product knowledge. We never felt rushed into making a decision or pressured in any way. We were offered a coffee while we mulled things over (a very good way of keeping us in the store :-)).

Tina dealt with us and was very good with everything. We do make up our minds quickly and hopefully we were helpful to Tina as well. We have people coming to stay with us on the 14-7-2017. We have been promised Delivery on the 12-7-2017 if our bed did not come we would not be happy at all.
