Very pleasant assistant very helpful even though it was near to closing we were not rushed Excellent advice and good price

The salesman, Colin, was extremely efficient, personable, appeared to be very knowledgeable, was helpful without being overly pushy.

Peter the sales assistant was so helpful with good knowledge of all the products in store. A happy cheerful assistant.

The assistant came straight over to us as we entered the store and we advised what we were looking for he showed us straight away what was in store and the differences between the different mattresses and beds for my son he spoke with my son who is 9 and engaged with us all the whole process was very easy and the assistant was very helpful and had fantastic knowledge and made the whole thing from start to finish a very pleasurable experience would not hesitate to come back into store again to make other purchases and have already recommended the store and the assistant to friends and family

The staff were excellent with helping me and could answer all my questions, you don't always get this in other stores. There was a great atmosphere with the assistants and we had a laugh with them which I personally feel is good. They did not pressure us in any way and aloud us to spend as much time as we needed in trying the beds out. I cannot fault any of the staff in Dreams, they are the best that I have dealt with and I would highly recommend to others and I will definitely be coming back for my next mattress/bed. Dreams is a very trustworthy company and I have had pleasure in purchasing exactly what I wanted with the help of Adam and Pete, Thank you guys for all your help today and the laughs we had. Keep up the good work :-)

Colin who served us worked hard to come up with a solution for us which worked and was affordable.

It just all went as it should. Friendly knowledge staff willing to help but also happy to allow you to browse until you needed advice and help. Even had a cup of tea.

Because the experience was genuinely enjoyable and it wasn't strenuous at all. It was a pleasure.
