Young Chriss was friendly and admitted his passion for dreams and clearly expressed his self taught knowledge of all the products and his patter included all your best add ons ...he explained the policies and warranties in great details and was able to even demonstrate the difference between products ..pillows/mattresses.... he gave us a drug know and never left our attention even when other colleagues were bothering him ...thank you Chris We have previously bought a bed from dreams in Luton and our experience was far better

Sophie was very attentive while I was in the store and I was in there a long time given the expense involved and this is my first bed purchase. She was very polite, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable and makes a very good cup of tea! Once I returned to the store after making my decision she even cut her lunch break short to complete the sale.
