I received the help I needed to make a choice without feeling I was being pushed to buy something

Staff were very attentive and polite but not pushy. When I said that I would have to return later because of time constraints, there was no attempt to pressurise. On my return two days later, I was recognised, given helpful and relevant information, offered coffee and time to reflect on available options. I have to say that this was one of the nicest experiences that I have had in a store. Whoever is training your staff has got it absolutely right. I also liked the ease with which my requirements (assembly, disposal of old bed, delivery options etc) were sorted out. I look forward to receiving my order with a similar level of friendly, professional efficiency. Well done.

Amber was lovely... told us everything we needed to know. Did not 'hound us' let us look around at our leisure, popping over occasionally to check everything was going well and updating us about anything we were currently looking at. super experience, thank you Amber.

we were greeted with a friendly hello, having looked around some beds we were greeted again by a sales person, who explained all the different beds mattress etc, we were left again to look again,( which I like ) and then went to find the sales person who had explained all the mattresses .

Overall excellent service ordered goods we required.

Sales staff helpful and knowledgeable about products and took time to explain the various products and options for materials etc

It was quiet as it was a Sunday afternoon so only 2 hours until closing, therefore there werent many people in the store and lots of people who could help. I had seen a bed i liked online and our assistant (sophie i believe) was already stood by this bed. She told us all about it. We werent sure whether to get double or king so she gave all the relevant info and anything she didnt know she would find out. She also assisted us measuring up as if it was in our room and explained all the mattress options

Very friendly staff. Held to the price promise without any reservation. Bed arrived within 2 days of ordering and delivery staff professional and efficient.
