The assistant Mo was very knowledgeable about all the options available and was extremely patient whilst we discussed the variables but was not pushy in any way. We had time to discuss our purchase and did not feel pressured at any stage.

The guy who served me (Chris) was very polite and freindly.

The nicest thing was that apart from a welcome 'Hello' nobody pounced on us as soon as we walked in the door, we were able to look for ourselves and, when we ready for some help, this was quickly available and once engaged we felt we were the only people in the store and that we could take our time, we did not feel hurried. Good knowledge and advice from staff member on the different mattresses - he went onto process order quickly, efficiently and professionally. My husband and I left the store feeling valued and a good shopping experience.

The assistant, Mo, told me everything i needed to know then left me when i asked him to, but not before he had offered us a coffee (in a proper mug) What a good idea.

The way we were approached and treated was spot on very friendly it was the first time in any store we have been offered such a nice cup of coffee and Colin was very professional I would go back to this store for future purchases

The service from sophie at the mk branch was outstanding Her product knowledge and genuine customer care (and sales ability) deserve recognition. A complete contrast to other suppliers considered.

We were but under no sales pressure and found you store staff friendly and helpful.
