The moment we entered the shop we were greeted and asked if we required assistance, we were also offered a tea or coffee while we look at the different products. we then were advised on the different types of mattress for different requirements, we tried several different types until we were happy with our choice, the staff were great and happy to help, very straight forward purchase.

There was no pressure put apon us but relaxed genuine advice. This gave us the opportunity to select the right product without any stress. Very pleasant staff and manager.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered us tea and coffee.They also allowed us as much time as we needed to make up our minds and even provided better pillows for us so that the 'bed experience ' was a realistic as possible .
