Adam supported and helped us , using his knowledge of beds and mattresses. Myself and my husband were really struggling and he did rush us or pushed a sale on us. He spent a long time with us and made sure we were happy with our decision. The shop is very easy to find things and beds are made up , so you can see what it looks like all together .

We felt under no obligation to make a purchase and in fact were only on a fact-finding mission. But your salesman, Colin, was able to answer all our questions and spent time showing us all the various options, which resulted in our purchase. We were very happy with our choice and were surprised at the speed of the delivery. So looking forward to our new mattress.

I had already done my research and was aware that Dreams was competitively priced for the Tempur mattress that I was looking for. I was not sure if the whole range would be in store but appeared to be. However prior to testing Tempur straight away I tried out other manufacturers to see the levels of comfort and understand the engineering of the mattresses by reading supporting literature that was placed by the display models. After maybe 10 minutes of wandering between models at my own leisure I was approached by a store assistant which was pretty much at the right point, rather than being approached straight away it gave me time to ponder. I explained to the assistance that I have sleep issues for over 10 years and that I experience numbness as well, she immediately suggested looking at the Tempur mattresses which was my intention. I tried several models for comfort and picked what I was initially looking to buy. The assistant was understanding to my needs and explained how the Tempur should help relieve pressure to my shoulder which will help the numbness and is pretty much the best mattress on the market for me. I am looking forward to delivering and my 60 nights trial.

A friendly greeting as we arrived was good start. The sales lady listened to our requirements and questions and showed us the Tempur mattresses we were interested in. We were not hurried but were left to try the various grades, and al questions were satisfactorily answered. The form-filling process was efficiently dealt with and we left with a smile on the faces despite being some £2000 poorer Our sales lady was Sophie who is a credit to your Company

Peter, the salesperson who helped us choose our new bed and mattress was excellent. Very knowledgeable and very friendly we knew we would buy something from him before we left. Cannot commend him highly enough.

The experience was excellent due to the attentiveness and assistance of Peter who helped us throughout. He welcomed us into the store immediately and was friendly. After directing us and answering our questions he allowed us time to browse which was what we wanted but was on hand to help when required. He was encouraging but not pushy so we felt very comfortable. Please pass on our thanks to him for his help.

My wife and I were greeted by a friendly smile and a relaxed approach from Kim that immediately put us at ease. We explained our basic requirements and were invited to the appropriate area of the store where differences in product design and comfort tailored to our specific needs were discussed. My wife and I were offered and accepted hot refreshments by Kim and continued our perusal in a very relaxed, but informative manner...which continued right through to purchase.

Greeted upon entering the store, time given to view beds before being asked if we needed any assistance and the assistance provided was very helpful
